Before the cover-up, with the new design stencil in place, over the existing tattoo.

After the cover up design is completed, you don't see the previous, underlying  tattoo.

After, color was touched up.

This client wanted his original tribal touched up and added on to, which is an alternative to re-doing the entire piece and then adding on.  After healing, the old and new work will blend to look as one.
